  • In-Person or Virtual: $180-$200

Appointments with Brittany Hajec, LPCC

  • In-Person Services: $145 (Littleton, Co Office)

  • Virtual Services (telehealth): $145 (Across Colorado)

BRITTANY’S RATES

Appointments with Caleb Elder:

  • In-Person Counseling: $145 (Littleton, CO)

  • Virtual Counseling (telehealth): $145 (Across Colorado)

INSURANCE

*Must be located somewhere in the state of Colorado Only

We are considered out of network (private pay) providers for our counseling services. We can provide you a receipt (superbill) for possible reimbursement on most insurances. It is important that you check with your provider regarding reimbursement for out of network mental health or behavioral health services. 

We do not subscribe to any insurance panels for the following reasons:

  1. Over Diagnosis: You usually must be diagnosed with a mental-illness - which will be on record. This may negatively impact those who:

    • Are Active Military Service

    • Are Seeking Life Insurance

    • Need Certain Background Checks

  2. Confidentiality: Insurances will have access to your information, thus another data-base with more info.

MEDICAID

*Due to strict legal constraints as licensed professionals, we are not able to directly provide mental health or therapeutic services for anyone enrolled in any Medicaid or Medicare program including: Health First Colorado, CPH+, etc.

PAYMENT

We accept cash, check and all major credit cards (including HSA (health savings account) and FSA (flex spending account). Payment is expected at the time of service.

CANCELLATION POLICY

24 Hour Cancellation/Reschedule: If you are unable to attend an appointment, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. You will be charged for the full rate of the appointment if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice.

No Shows: All no show appointments will be charged the full rate of the session.
