CONSULTATION: We'll ask you to give us some general information about what you hope to gain from our services (usually about a 10 minute conversation).

Our team takes great care in taking the time to match you with the professional who will be the best possible fit based on the type of services you are looking for, the personality type you mesh well with and your scheduling/budget needs. We encourage you to read a little about our team of counselors and coaches and let us know who sounds like a good fit.


Schedule an Appointment

During our initial phone consultation we can schedule an appointment directly with or use our convenient online calendar to book your first appointment.


Prepare for the Appointment

Confirmation Email: We will send you a detailed email ahead of time with all of the information you’ll need to know including: how to get to the office (or digital waiting room), parking, what to expect from the appointment and specific contact info.

Complete Forms: In the email we will send important documents to complete. Filling out the forms ahead of time makes the process more expedient.


Meet Together | Get a plan

The First Meeting: Usually, the first session includes a little getting to know each other and a lot of learning about your situation, developing goals and outcomes. By the end of the appointment you’ll have a plan for moving forward.

Moving Forward: Typically, you’ll have a general idea for appointment frequency and duration. We suggest having a rhythm approach to your sessions (once a week or every other week are most common) and then taper appointments as needed.
